Donations app

  • Added the ability for Soapbox to automatically enable reCAPTCHA for a site if a given number of IP addresses are blocked due to credit card details within a given time frame
  • Added the ability for an administrator to customize how many IP address blocks over how long a time frame triggers enabling reCAPTCHA
