Added support for Fundraising and Engagement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales for one-time and initial recurring donation transactions to create Donation Import records using the Microsoft Web API
Allowed administrator to view and select a Campaign in Fundraising and Engagement with which to associate a Donation Import record created for a transaction on a Donations app page
Allowed administrator to view and select an Appeal in Fundraising and Engagement with which to associate a Donation Import record created for a transaction on a Donations app page
Allowed administrator to view and select a Package in Fundraising and Engagement with which to associate a Donation Import record created for a transaction on a Donations app page
