In the Soapbox Engage Events app, we provide the option of using a standard template for email confirmations that can be sent to registrants. The standard template dynamically generates the email content based on details from the event and the individual registration so you can spend less time composing emails and more time event planning!
If participants choose to make a donation when they register for an event, a subheading appears in the confirmation email with that information. Thanks to a recent update, administrators can now customize the donation subheading to something other than “Donation”. “Thanks for your donation!” and “Pay-What-You Can” are two examples, but we bet you’re more creative than we are!
