Limiting results in the Search Classes view to those with available tickets

In the Search Classes view, you can choose to have all classes displayed regardless of ticket availability or to exclude classes that are at capacity or for which no tickets are currently available.

To set this behavior:

  • Open the Searches item you wish to edit
  • Click the Search Form tab
  • For Show Registration Closed Events, select Yes or No. If set to Yes, the Search Classes view will include events if the End Sales Date has passed for all Ticket Types or there are currently no published Ticket Types. The Status will show as Registration Closed. Set as No to hide these events from the Search Classes view.
  • For Show Registration Full Events, select Yes or No. If set to Yes, the Search Classes will include events if either the Event Capacity or the individual capacity for each Ticket Type has been reached. The Status column will show as Registration Full. Set as No to hide these events from the Search Classes view.
  • Click Save
