Viewing and searching Reservation data in the administrator for the Events app

updated

How you view Reservation in the administrator varies by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

I have the Soapbox Lightning Administrator with...
  • Contextual menu with App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation
  • White and blue color scheme with penguin avatar in upper right
  • Events Pages module in the left column of the home page
  • Soapbox Engage User Account module at the top of the right column of the home page

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

To view all Reservations, click the App Launcher waffle to the left of the navigation bar. In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Events app tile and then the Orders menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Events > Orders; or c) type "Events" in the search field and click either the Events app tile or Events > Orders in All Items in the results.

The Reservations view will be displayed either by event or by order. This distinction is particularly relevant for sites that have the Shopping Cart enabled. You can switch between the two by clicking the View by Event or View by Order icon in the upper right.

To search for a Reservation, use the filter field to search by First Name, Last Name, Email, Soapbox Order Id, Transaction Id or Salesforce Lead Record Id.

To sort, click the column headings or select an option in the Sort By drop down on the View by Order view.

You may also export a list of reservations or attendees from the Reservations view.

To view full details for a Reservation, click the hyperlinked name in the Name column.

To view Reservations for a specific event, open the event in the Events Manager to see the Reservation table on the Summary tab or on the Reservation tab. You may also export a list of reservations or attendees from the Reservation tab.
