If you site integrates with Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement, you can enable this integration for Shop shopping cart orders so that they are saved to Microsoft. To do so, you must install the Soapbox Engage app into your Microsoft environment and connect Dynamics to Soapbox:

After this has been done, you can enable integration for the Shop shopping cart as follows:
- Open the Configuration for the Shop app
- Click the Shopping Cart tab
- In the Setup section, for Microsoft Fundraising & Engagement Integration, select Yes
- Click Save
Once integration has been enabled, Soapbox will record all orders processed through the Shop shopping cart to the Soapbox Engage Shop Order table in Dynamics and all products in those orders to the Soapbox Engage Shop Order Items table.
NOTE: At this time, the Shop app doesn't integrate with Microsoft for orders placed on individual Shop Stores.
