Donations Tribute Gift Integration with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud

This release introduces a powerful new feature to the Donations app: tribute gift support and integration with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC).

With this update, tribute gifts made through your Soapbox Engage Donations pages will now automatically create a GiftTribute record in NPC— no manual entry or data loss.

Imagine a donor makes a gift in memory of a loved one through your online donation form. With this release, that tribute information flows directly into NPC, allowing your team to:

• Track and report on tribute gifts
• Send acknowledgment messages to honorees or families
• Deepen relationships through donor stewardship
