New Customization Options for Donor Chosen Campaigns in the Donations App

Summary

The latest enhancement to the Donations app gives administrators greater flexibility in how Donor Chosen Campaigns are displayed to donors.

With this release, admins can now customize both the display labels and the order of Campaigns shown in the Donor Chosen Campaign drop down. These settings can be found under Add/Edit Donations App → Integrations tab → Salesforce section.

This update empowers organizations to present campaigns using donor-friendly language, highlight priority initiatives, and create a more intuitive giving experience that aligns with your fundraising goals.
