The latest update to the Shop app is designed to make it easier for admins to manage the Shopping Cart experience. This release includes enhancements to streamline Shop navigation, simplify product management, and improve overall usability for administrators.
Key updates:
Simplified terminology: Shop Stores are now called Order Forms, reflecting their purpose more clearly. They’ve also been moved to the right in the Shop navigation to shift focus toward the shopping cart experience at the heart of the app.
Improved Control Panel navigation: The Shop module in the Control Panel now includes direct links to essential tools like Search Products, Collections, and Shopping Cart, as well as quick access to Shop Cart Settings and the Terms Manager in Taxonomy (used for managing Collections).
Faster front-end previewing: The Add/Edit Products view now includes Customize URL and View options, enabling admins to quickly see how products appear on the live site.
