    We are currently experiencing a service disruption caused by a major global outage at Cloudflare, one of the world’s largest internet infrastructure providers. This is impacting access to many services across the internet, including Soapbox Engage.
     
    On affected pages, you may see an error message showing that your browser and Soapbox Engage are working, but that Cloudflare is returning an error. This is expected while Cloudflare works to resolve the issue.
     
    Who is most affected
     
    Clients using standard Soapbox Engage domains, such as example.secure.nonprofitsoapbox.com, may see the greatest impact. Custom domains may also experience intermittent issues depending on routing.
     
    Key information
    • This issue is entirely on Cloudflare’s network.
    • Soapbox Engage's own systems are operating normally.
    • Your data and security are not affected.
    • Service should return automatically once Cloudflare completes its remediation.

    Cloudflare has reported that a fix has been implemented for the upstream issue that was impacting Soapbox Engage connectivity. Their official status message reads:

    "Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we believe the incident is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor for errors to ensure all services are back to normal.
    Nov 18, 2025 - 14:42 UTC"

    We have additionally tested across multiple Soapbox Engage accounts and can confirm that services should now be operating normally. We will continue to closely monitor platform performance as Cloudflare completes its recovery.

    Cloudflare has issued a new update indicating that while errors and latency continue to improve, they are still seeing intermittent issues as global recovery progresses. Their latest status message reads:

    “We continue to see errors and latency improve but still have reports of intermittent errors. The team continues to monitor the situation as it improves, and looking for ways to accelerate full recovery.”

    Soapbox Engage services remain stable overall, but some users may still experience occasional connectivity interruptions while Cloudflare completes its recovery. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
