To enable Designations on a donation form:
- Navigate to the Donations Manager.
Go to Donations > Pages, then select the desired Donation Page from the list.
- Open the Payment tab.
Click the Payment tab in the toolbar at the top of the page view.
- Expand the Designations section.
Scroll down and click the arrow next to "Designations" to expand the section.
- Enable Designations.
Select "Yes" under Enable Designations to activate the feature on this donation page.
- Customize the field label (optional).
If you’d like to customize the label that appears for donors, enter a new value in the Designation field label textbox.
- Click Save in the top-right toolbar
After enabling designations, click Save in the top-right toolbar of the page to save changes and exit the view.
