Editing the Group for a Designation on a Donations app page

To edit an existing Designation on a Donation page:

  1. Navigate to the Donations Manager.
    Go to Donations > Pages, then select the desired Donation Page from the list.
      
  2. Click Payment tab.
      
  3. Scroll down to the Designation section.
     
  4. Locate the Designation whose Group you wish to edit
     
  5. Click the Edit icon.
    In the Actions column for that Designation row, click the pencil icon to open the Edit popup modal.
     
    • Within the Edit Designation modal:
      Designation name (not editable)
       
    • Current Group (if the Designation is assigned to a group)
       
    • A New Group dropdown to change the group assignment
       
    • If the Designation is not assigned to a group, the “Current Group” will not be shown. However, you can still assign it to a group using the “New Group” dropdown.
       
    • Click Save to after edit Designation, or Cancel to exit without saving.
       
  6. Click Apply/Save on the Donation page.
