If Microsoft returned an error when Soapbox attempted to create a Donation Import record for a transaction, that error can be seen on the Transaction detail view in Soapbox.
To view any error recorded by Soapbox from Microsoft:
- Go the Transactions view in the Donations app
- Find the transaction in question using the search field and/or filter pane
- Click the hyperlinked Name to view the Transaction detail view
- Scroll down to the Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement Information section
- The text of any error received from Microsoft by Soapbox when attempting to create a Lead for this transaction will be noted at the bottom of this section.
