Add and Edit Recurring Donations that Happen Offline in the Donations app

With the Soapbox Engage Donations app, organizations can accept one-time or recurring gifts, and offer pre-defined payment amounts specific to each frequency on their website. But what happens if you host an in-person event and a constituent would like to donate a one-time gift or set up a recurring donation to your organization? Thanks to this update, administrators can now add BOTH one-time and recurring donations that happen offline. This can be done by navigating to the Donations app > Transactions > New Offline Transactions. Admins can also edit recurring Offline Transactions after their initial creation.

Highlights

  1. Allows an admin to create and edit initial recurring Offline Transactions and manage additional data for Offline Transactions.

  2. Resolves an issue preventing the Country field from appearing on the transaction update modal popup for logged in users editing their subscription on the My Transactions view.

  3. Updates the rendering of the Start Date in the My Transactions view for logged in users.

  4. Resolves an issue preventing the editing of a Text Element on the add/edit Donations view in the administrator.
