Boost recurring donations this giving season with the new upsell prompt!With a recent update to Soapbox, the Donations app now creates records in Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement for subsequent recurring donations processed for existing subscriptions. So for subscriptions processed through Soapbox or imported into Soapbox from a previous provider, subsequent payments are sent to Fundraising and Engagement so you have real-time updates to your donation data for your most valuable supporters.
What's more, we added additional details for a new recurring donation to be saved to Fundraising and Engagement, improved the rendering of embedded Donation app pages for sites using the Soapbox standard template, and addressed an issue with Salesforce date fields included as custom fields on a Donations page.
