Setting a class as private

There are a number of views that display Classes on the front end of your site include Search Classes, Browse Classes, Taxonomy with Courses and Classes, and Instructors with Courses and Classes. If you wish a class to not appear on any of these views so it is only accessible through a direct link that you provide to individuals, you can set the class to be private.

To set a class as private:

• Open the class you wish to edit
• Click the Edit tab
• For Private Event, select Yes
• Click Save
