Events Scheduled Email Deliverability Improvements

This Soapbox Engage release is the last in a series of updates that enhance email deliverability in the Soapbox Engage apps. This update focuses on the Events app scheduled emails.

As with earlier app enhancements, this release updates the Events app scheduled emails to work with the new global email settings controlled by the administrator in the Account Settings view to boost email deliverability. It also provides new tools for managing email settings on a scheduled email by scheduled email basis.

Highlights

1. Updates Events app scheduled emails to use the Envelope From Email address for the site in Account Settings
2. Allows administrators to customize the From Email Name, From Email Address, Reply-To Name and Reply-To Email address on for Events app scheduled emails
3. Updates Events app scheduled emails to use Default From Name, Default From Email, Default Reply-To Name and Default Reply-To Email address for the site if these are not set for an Events app scheduled email
4. Displays placeholder text in the administrator From Email Name, From Email Address, Reply-To Name, and Reply-To Email for Events app scheduled email settings to show what site-wide defaults will be used if they are not customized for a particular scheduled email
