In the Donations app, if you have Salesforce integration enabled, you have the option to repost transaction records to Salesforce if they failed to successfully create a Lead record when the donation was originally processed. With a recent update to Soapbox, we've enhanced that functionality to cover instances where the failure resulted from your site having incorrect Salesforce credentials or the Salesforce platform being unavailable at the time of initial processing.
