Viewing and managing global Promo Codes in the administrator – Soapbox Support Center

How you view and manage global Shop Promo Codes in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

If you wish to view and manage Promo Codes that are limited to a given Store, view and edit that Store.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Shop app tile and then the Promo Codes menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Shop > Promo Codes; or c) type "Shop" in the search field and click Shop > Promo Codes in All Items in the results.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

Click Shop in the main menu and then click the Promo Codes menu item.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:

To view and manage Shop Stores within the Soapbox CMS administrator, go to Components > Soapbox Shop > Promo Codes in the main menu. From the Promo Codes view, you can create, edit, copy, publish, unpublish and delete Promo Codes in the Shop app.
