Displaying Salesforce errors for Shop Orders and additional Donations Transactions in the administrator

With a recent update, we're surfacing more error details returned from Salesforce when Soapbox attempts to send Shop and Donations data to Salesforce and fails.

Now, if a successful Shop Order fails to be recorded in Salesforce, the Order detail view in Soapbox will display the text of the error provided by Salesforce so you can better troubleshoot the issue.

In addition, donations processed through PayPal Standard or successful subsequent recurring donations that failed to be recorded in Salesforce will also display the error provided by Salesforce on the Donations Transaction detail view. This adds to the details shown already for one-time and initial recurring donations processed through other payment processor options.
