With the Firewall Settings plugin, Soapbox Engage can block specific words from being used during new user registrations and Peer-to-Peer fundraising page creation. When a visitor submits content that contains one or more banned words, the action is automatically prevented — helping protect your fundraising environment from spam and unwanted activity.
Requesting Changes to the Banned Words List
The Firewall Settings plugin is managed by Soapbox Engage staff and is not accessible through the site administrator. To add or remove words from your site's Banned Words list, submit a support ticket with the words you would like added or removed.
Changes to the Banned Words list take effect immediately once applied by the Soapbox Engage team.
