Expanded Microsoft Dynamics Integration Across Donations and Events

Summary

We’re excited to share the latest improvement to Soapbox Engage’s Microsoft Dynamics integration.

Last year, we expanded the Donations app integration with Microsoft Dynamics beyond Fundraising & Engagement, including support for environments such as the Microsoft Fundraising Template and Threshold’s fundrAIsing solution.

This release builds on that foundation by extending Microsoft Dynamics integration across additional core Soapbox Engage functionality, including custom fields in the Donations app and registrations for the Events app.

Together, these enhancements broaden the range of fundraising activity and data that can flow into Microsoft Dynamics, creating a more complete and connected view of supporter engagement across channels.

• Custom field support in Donations: Expands data capture by allowing additional donation-related fields to be passed into Microsoft Dynamics.

• Events integration: Connects event registration and participation data with Microsoft Dynamics for a more unified supporter record.
