With a recent release of Soapbox, we've added support for the Standard email template that currently exists in the Events app to the Donations app. Now, you can opt to use the Standard email template to send confirmation emails to donors using a preformatted style that allows you the ability to insert your own text neatly into the context of an attractive, branded user experience.
Still want to use your existing emails without the new formatting? No worries! You won't need to do a thing. We've retained support for that through our Custom email template option which is the current default for your site.
