Viewing available inventory for products and product variants on the Shop Inventory view

How you access the Inventory view in the administrator is determined by the version of the Soapbox administrator your site has: Soapbox Lightning, Soapbox Engage Classic, or Soapbox CMS Classic.

You can also view and manage available inventory for a specific product or product variant and enable inventory tracking for a product in the Products view.

I have the Soapbox Lightning Administrator with...

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Lightning administrator:

In the App Launcher popup, do any of the following: a) in the Standard Apps section of the popup, click the Shop app tile and then the Inventory menu item in the contextual navigation; b) scroll to the All Items section of the popup and click Shop > Inventory; or c) type "Shop" in the search field and click Shop > Inventory in All Items in the results.

In the Inventory view, you can search for products and product variants that have Track Inventory enabled, sort by Product Name, Product Code and Available columns in the table, and Add or Set a value to the available inventory.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox Engage Classic administrator:

Click Shop in the main menu and then click the Inventory submenu item.

In the Inventory view, you can search for products and product variants that have Track Inventory enabled, sort by Product Name, Product Code and Available columns in the table, and Add or Set a value to the available inventory.

For Soapbox sites using the Soapbox CMS Classic administrator:

Go to Components > Soapbox Shop > Inventory in the main menu.

In the Inventory view, you can search for products and product variants that have Track Inventory enabled, sort by Product Name, Product Code and Available columns in the table, and Add or Set a value to the available inventory.
