Boost recurring donations this giving season with the new upsell prompt!With the Donations app, you have the ability to prompt visitors to change their one-time donation to a recurring monthly donation when they click the submit button on a Donation page.
To use this feature, you must first create the recurring upsell ranges in the Configuration of the Donations app to associate a range of one-time amounts with a specific monthly amount for the recurring prompt.
Once these are created, you can enable the recurring upsell feature for any Donation page accepting both one-time and monthly recurring donations as follows:
- Open the Donation form for which you wish to enable recurring upsell
- On the Payment tab
- Scroll down to the One-Time Payments section
- For Enable Recurring Upsell, select Yes
- Click Save
Repeat this for each Donation page for which you wish this feature to be enabled.
NOTE: The recurring upsell feature does not currently support PayPal Standard or Apple Pay payment methods.
