Accepting international payments in U.S. dollars

Soapbox Donations is able to accept payments in U.S. dollars from credit cards with billing addresses outside the United States. To do so, the Billing Information portion of the form changes based on the visitor's Country selection:

If the Country selected is the default of the United States, the State / Province / Region drop down will say "Select a State", the options will contain the fifty states and the District of Columbia, and the State / Province / Region and Postal / Zip Code fields will be required.

If the Country selected is Canada, the State / Province / Region drop down will say "Select a Province", the options will contain the provinces, and the State / Province / Region and Postal / Zip Code fields will be required.

If the Country selected is one other than the United States and Canada, the State / Province / Region drop down will become a text field, the State / Province / Region will be required, and Postal / Zip Code fields will be required based on the country chosen
