Defining a message to display when tickets have sold out

With Soapbox Events, you have the ability to customize a message that appears if all tickets for an event have sold out.

To define what is displayed:

• Open the Soapbox Event you wish to customize
  
• Click the Messages tab
• For Event Capacity Message, enter the message you wish to display if all available tickets have been sold out
  
  
  
• Click Save
