Defining a message to display when ticket sales have expired

With Soapbox Events, you have the ability to customize a message that appears if the Sales Expiration Date for all tickets has passed so that not tickets are available.

To define what is displayed:

• Open the Soapbox Event you wish to customize
  
• Click the Messages tab
• For Sales Expired Message, enter the message you wish to display if the Sales Expiration Date has passed for all ticket types
  
  
  
• Click Save
