With the Events app, you have the ability to send confirmation emails to orderers. This can include text or merge fields related to their registration. You also have the ability to CC or BCC staff on the confirmation emails. Emails can use the Standard or Custom template.
You can also set a default confirmation email for all Soapbox Events that use the default by going to Soapbox Events > Configuration in the administrator.
To set the confirmation email for a specific Soapbox Event:
- Open the Soapbox Event for which you wish to customize the confirmation email
- Click the Messages tab
- For Send Email to User, choose Yes or No
- For Send Copy (CC), enter a comma separated list of email addresses who you wish to receive a carbon copy of the email
