In Soapbox Events, you have the ability to set a quantity available for individual tickets when creating or editing tickets. You also are able to set the total Event Capacity.
To set Event Capacity:
- Open the Soapbox Event for which you wish to set Event Capacity
- Click the Edit tab
- For Event Capacity under Tickets table, enter the number of total attendees for which you are able to accept reservations
- Click Save
NOTE: You may define the message that will appear to visitors if the event has reached capacity on the Message tab for the event.
