Why Was A Soapbox Transaction Not Captured By Salesforce?


Our integration with Salesforce relies on Salesforce being available 100%.  Unfortunately, there are occasional cases when Salesforce isn't available for short moments of time - either the server your instance is sitting on is down or offline, or they are having other internal issues.  This isn't something we can control from our end.  If you see the transaction in your payment processor, than we know our end did what it was supposed to - Salesforce simply wasn't there to catch the info.

We are looking for ways to help you identify when this happens, but PICnet is never going to be able to prevent it. We recommend that you periodically reconcile your payment processor records against Salesforce to find any misses.
