Why are my Soapbox Event Registration leads getting stuck rather than converting?

If you are hosting an event with Soapbox Engage and your registrations are getting stuck in the Lead object rather than converting, the first thing you should do is check to make sure that your event has a campaign assigned on the integration tab. If there isn't then that is likely the problem. Select a campaign and test registering for the event. When you do, your lead should convert as expected.
