Why are my Email Links not loading properly in a sandbox environment?

Some users may find that when in a Salesforce sandbox, their Email Links created might point them to web pages that do not exist. Often times, this is due to a unique setting within your sandbox. When using Soapbox Mailer in a sandbox environment in Salesforce, Soapbox Mailer needs to create the Email Links using the name of your sandbox. This is done by having it find the last section of your current username (the characters in the username after the final period). In standard Salesforce sandbox usernames, this will be the name of your sandbox; however, if you have modified your username within the sandbox, this may no longer be the case. Therefore, proper Email Links will only be created if you haven't changed the last section of your username within your sandbox.
