Why do I see an "List has no rows for assignment to SObject" message when I press the Send button on a campaign?

There are some times when the configuration of your Soapbox Mailer setup is slightly off that will cause the following error message to appear:

"List has no rows for assignment to SObject
Error is in expression '{!autoRun}' in component <apex:page> in page sbm:sbx_batchemailblast
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (sbm)"

Not to worry, there is typically a simple way to fix this!

1) Ensure that your Site's Name is "sbx_SoapboxMailer" by going to Setup > App Setup > Develop > Site > click on Soapbox Mailer Email Tracking link, and confirm that the Site Name value is "sbx_EmailTracking".
