Why Do My Sent Emails Look Different For Different People Using Different Email Clients?

That's a great question!  The truth is, cross-client email design can be pretty tricky.  Each email "client" handles HTML and CSS a little differently, so it's hard to predict what your email will look like when viewed in a given client.  And, it could look different in one client than it would in another.
This is not a function of Soapbox Mailer, but of how email works, how email clients work, and how your email and email template are designed. 

What's a "client'?

In order to view an email, it has to be viewed in a "client" such as Outlook, or gmail, or hotmail, etc.  Each of these companies have made their own choices on how to display the styling of your email.

So what can you do? 

Well, fortunately there are a bunch of best practices for cross-client consistency.  These are practices that appear to work consistently across all major clients.  You can find out what these practices are by googling keywords such as "cross-client email design."  That should give you a good start on understanding how to design your emails to look the best in all clients.
