Does clicking an unsubscribe link automatically ensure the recipient does not receive any future emails?

With the large variety of ways in which our Soapbox Mailer community uses Salesforce for management email marketing, we've needed to make the tool flexible enough for a variety of use cases.  When a user clicks an unsubscribe link in an email you send, their associated Campaign Member record's Unsubscribed checkbox is checked.

If you want to ensure that this means they will not receive any future emails, we recommend creating a trigger or a Process Builder flow that will update their associated Contact/Lead record to be marked in a way such that the next time you are choosing who should be included in an email (say, via a report), you can filter out these people.
