If you have included the Facebook and Twitter social sharing merge fields in your email campaign, you'll be able to easily track the number of clicks driven to your email from your recipients who shared the email on their social networks. To do so, simply run a Salesforce report on Campaign Members for the Campaign in question where the Facebook Opens or Twitter Opens are greater than 0. The number of these opens are the number of times someone clicked on the social sharing link of that Campaign Member.
