Can I change the Layout of an Event form?

Question: You've got an Event form.  You want to rearrange the parts of the form so that, say, the tickets available would appear at the very top of a Event form.  Is that possible?

Answer: The layout of Event forms aren't user-configurable, so you would not be able to customize the order of the form elements from the administrator.
