Customize Email From Name for advocacy messages to targets in Actions app

For anyone who has taken a moment to look closely at the emails to targets sent by the various online advocacy tools in the marketplace today, you'll see an impressive array of bad practices that hurt deliverability by violating CAN-SPAM rules, hijack a nonprofit's brand in favor of the service provider's, or prevent email targets from simply hitting reply to communicate directly with your supporter.

At Soapbox, we strive to avoid each of these mistakes while continuing to innovate to provide maximum deliverability along with maximum flexibility for your organization. Our latest release of Soapbox continues that pursuit by allowing you to choose how the FROM Email Name for messages appears to targets. You can now set this FROM Email Name to use either:

• The First Name and Last Name of the supporter; or
• An Actions app-wide custom name you define
