Preparing Soapbox Mailer for the Lightning Experience

To ensure that Soapbox Mailer will work properly with the Lightning Experience, you'll need to replace the default Send button in Soapbox Mailer.  To do that, do the following.

1) Create a new button on the Campaign object that is of type URL, and whose URL is /apex/sbm__sbx_BatchEmailBlast?scontrolCaching=1&id={!Campaign.Id}

2) Add that button to the Campaign Page Layout for the Soapbox Mailer Campaign type.

3) Test by going to a Campaign record, and click the new Send button to confirm a message can be sent successfully.
