If your Soapbox Engage Events app event is not displaying your ticket options on the details page of your event, here's a little troubleshooting guide to help you solve the problem.
- Confirm that the event is published. You can review and alter the published state of an event in the Events Manager or by going to the add/edit Event view in the administrator, clicking on the Edit tab, and viewing the Published parameter in the Detail section.
- Confirm that your event allows reservations. You can do this by logging into your Soapbox Engage administrator and going to Events > Event > Reservation Info tab, and confirming that Allow Reservations is set to "Yes".
