Boost recurring donations this giving season with the upsell prompt!If you have enabled collection of attendee information during the registration process, you can edit the standard Attendee Information fields for each ticket, such as First Name, Last Name and Email. This is particularly useful if you have scheduled emails for an event and need to correct an attendee's email address so they receive them.
Edits are saved in Soapbox. For an event integrated with Salesforce, they also update the ticket's record in Salesforce. Edits are not sent to Microsoft Dynamics and do not update registrant records in Zoom.
