Defining custom validation rules in the Events app

Summary

This release grants admins the ability to apply custom validation requirements, or rules, to any standard or custom registration fields in the Contact Information or Attendee Information forms sections. This includes specific formatting requirements. For example, an administrator can set a validation rule that requires a particular phone number format in a phone field.

The release also enforces the format YYYY-MM-DD for any custom Salesforce date field.
