Excluding picklist options in Microsoft from a Donations app field

When you add a picklist, or choice, field type from the Donation Import table in Microsoft Fundraising and Engagement as a Donations app field, you have the option to exclude specific picklist options that are in Microsoft from appearing in the picklist when shown on the Donations page.

To exclude picklist values from a Donations app field:

1. Open the Donation form containing the picklist Microsoft Element you wish to update
2. Click the Contact Info tab
3. Scroll down to the Custom Microsoft Fundraising & Engagement Fields section
4. Click the edit button of the picklist Microsoft Element
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the modal popup
6. For any item you wish to exclude, tick the exclude checkbox
7. Click Save for the modal popup
8. Click Save
