In the Events app, you can edit details for each attendee on the Reservation detail view and the Ticket detail view. Edits to attendee information will be saved locally in Soapbox and will not update records in integrated CRMs, such as Salesforce and Microsoft at this time.
To edit attendee information:
- Open the Reservation detail view that contains the attendee information
- On the Reservation detail view, scroll down to the Ticket Information section
- Locate the ticket you wish to edit and click the Edit button in the Action column to the right. You may also click the View button in the Action column and then the Edit button on the full Ticket detail view.
- In the popup, alter the values you wish to change for this attendee
- Click Save
