Support for Default Payment Plan With Braintree

Summary

With the latest Donations app release, clients using Braintree can define a Default Payment Plan in the payment processor settings. This makes it so they no longer need to set a Plan Id for every Donation app page individually. This mimics the same approach that Soapbox uses for Stripe.

The release also resolves a couple issues relating to the Create Lead process in the the Transactions view and the default language on some field descriptions for Tribute gifts. Just some good housekeeping!
