Can tribute fields on a donation page be displayed conditionally based on field selections by users?

The Donations app allows for tribute fields ("in honor of" or "in memory of" sections) to be displayed on a donation page.  At this time, all fields selected to be displayed by the administrator on the page will always display, regardless of the selections made by the user on the page.

For example, if a visitor chooses to have a tribute gift recipient be notified by email, all physical mailing fields will continue to be displayed on the page.
