Access to data in Salesforce after a Soapbox Engage account is closed


When a Soapbox Engage account is closed, data in Soapbox Engage will no longer be accessible. Data in Salesforce stored in fields created by any Soapbox Engage connector app package will no longer be accessible, following the common Salesforce app licensing model.

If an organization wishes to keep data that is stored in Salesforce fields created within Soapbox Engage connector app packages, they can simply create new custom fields and copy the data from one field to another.

Any data stored in Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) fields will remain in Salesforce regardless of the Soapbox Engage account or Soapbox Engage connector app license status.
