Can sold out ticket levels be displayed on the event registration page?

Event ticket levels can be displayed on the event detail page regardless of the number of tickets available for sale; however, on the registration page, only ticket levels that have tickets available for sale can be displayed.  When an event's ticket level reaches capacity, it might be useful to add "SOLD OUT" at the beginning of the ticket level's description, to highlight to users that the ticket level will not be available for purchase on the registration page.
