The Events app can be configured to immediately send an email notification to an orderer after submission of an event order. Sometimes, an orderer may not receive this email notification, and would like to have details resent. At this time, neither the Events app or the Classes app provides a feature for the administrator to resend the confirmation email.
As a workaround, we recommend that administrators create an email template in their CRM (for instance, Salesforce), and use an automation (such as a button-triggered Flow in Salesforce) on the Opportunity record to resend an email notification.
